Tours are paid at the time of purchase. All tours have a 24 hour cancellation policy which is indicated on the tour page.
To request a full refund, we kindly ask our customers to cancel the tour at least 24 hours in advance. Full refund requests are not possible for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour. Customer amendment requests are not allowed 24 hours prior to the tour, and are always subject to availability and price changes. We do not provide a full refund in case of no-show at the meeting point on the part of the customers. If the tour is canceled we will give our customers the option to choose an alternative date or a full refund
Yes, our tours are designed to operate in all weather conditions. However, in the event of unsustainable conditions, the tour may be subject to changes, which will always be communicated to the customer well in advance.
Yes of course! For all mobility problems, we find that private tours are the best option. However, we invite our customers to communicate any type of problem relating to mobility in advance.
If you see availability, we recommend you book right away. Our cancellation policy is free up to 24 hours in advance for all our tours.
